On May 10, 2018, Ngo Phan Ngoc Lien passed away in a hospital in Alhambra, California. Due to poor record-keeping at her birthday, her precise age is uncertain, but I believe she was 89 based on a conversation I had with her.
She was my grandmother — my last grandparent.
